Estate Range
Grapes exclusively from the oldest Kanonkop Estate vineyards. Fermented in open concrete kuipe with manual punch-downs every two hours, then matured 18–24 months in new French oak.
Kadette Range
Sourced from trusted contract growers across Stellenbosch, with automated punch-downs and 12 months in seasoned French oak — approachable now, extraordinary value always.
Cellaring
Estate Range wines reward patience — the Black Label Pinotage will age magnificently for 30 years from vintage. Store bottles on their side, in the dark, at a constant 12–16 °C.
